الأدلةEvidence

لكل بند: المستند الذي يثبته. الادعاء بلا مستند يُقرأ كضعف لا كقوة.For each line: the document evidencing it. A claim without a document reads as weakness, not strength.

الملخص التنفيذيThe executive summary

صفحة واحدة: من نحن، ما نفعله، وأقوى ثلاث نقاط في الملف. المقيّم يكوّن انطباعه من البداية.One page: who we are, what we do, and the three strongest points. The evaluator forms an impression from the start.

الملاحقAnnexes

الملاحق تُرقَّم وتُشار إليها من المتن. الملحق غير المشار إليه لا يُقرأ، وغير المرقّم يصعب الرجوع إليه.Annexes are numbered and referenced from the body. An unreferenced annex is not read, and an unnumbered one is hard to revisit.

الاتساقConsistency

الأرقام والتواريخ والمسميات متطابقة في كل الملف. الاختلاف البسيط يُنتج سؤالاً يُؤخّر التقييم.Numbers, dates and names consistent across the file. A minor difference produces a question that delays evaluation.

التحديثUpdating

الملف يحتاج تحديثاً دورياً لا إعادة بناء. النسخة القديمة تُقدَّم بالخطأ وتُنتج استبعاداً لا يمكن تبريره.The file needs periodic updating, not rebuilding. An old version submitted by mistake produces an unjustifiable exclusion.
