السحابي يحدّ من تعديل الكود ويدفع إلى التوسعة والإعداد. هذا قيد يخدم الاستمرارية على المدى الطويل.The cloud version limits code modification and pushes toward extension and configuration. This constraint serves long-term continuity.

الفريقThe team

الكفاءات والكلفة تختلفان. النظام المحلي يحتاج إدارة بنية تحتية، والسحابي يحتاج إدارة تغيير.Skills and cost differ. On-premise needs infrastructure management; cloud needs change management.

الترقيةUpgrade

الترقية في السحابي إجبارية دورية، والمحلية اختيارية. الأولى تمنع التقادم، والثانية تمنح وقتاً.Upgrades in cloud are mandatory and periodic; on-premise optional. The first prevents ageing, the second buys time.

القرارThe decision
