ما لا يُؤتمتWhat not to automate

القرارات التي تحتاج حكماً إنسانياً، والحالات النادرة، والاستثناءات الكثيرة.Decisions needing human judgement, rare cases and frequent exceptions.

الحدودLimits

ما يستطيع النظام فعله بلا تدخل. الحدود غير المكتوبة تُنتج توقعات خاطئة.What the system can do without intervention. Unwritten limits produce wrong expectations.

المراقبةMonitoring

الأتمتة التي لا تُراقب تستمر بالخطأ بلا اكتشاف. التنبيه ضروري.Unmonitored automation continues erroring undetected. Alerting is necessary.

التوثيقDocumentation

ما تفعله الأتمتة ومن يملكها. الأتمتة غير الموثقة تُنسى ثم تُعطّل.What the automation does and who owns it. Undocumented automation is forgotten then disables.

المراجعةReview

راجع الأتمتة عند تغيّر القاعدة. القاعدة المتغيرة والأتمتة القديمة تُنتج خطأً منظّماً.Review on rule change. A changed rule with old automation produces systematic error.
