التعديلAmendment

تغيير السعر أو النطاق يحتاج تعديلاً موثقاً. التعديل الشفهي يُنتج فاتورة لا تطابق الاتفاق.Changing price or scope needs a documented amendment. Verbal amendment produces an invoice not matching the agreement.

الإيقافSuspension

تجميد مؤقت أو إنهاء. الإيقاف غير المسجّل يُنتج فاتورة لخدمة متوقفة.Temporary freeze or termination. An unrecorded suspension produces an invoice for a stopped service.

المراجعةReview

مراجعة دورية للعقود النشطة. العقد المنتهي الذي لم يُغلق يُنتج فاتورة لا يطالب بها أحد.Periodic review of active contracts. An expired contract not closed produces an invoice nobody claims.

الاعتراف على مدى الفترة لا عند الفاتورة. الإعداد الخاطئ يُنتج إيراداً موسمياً وهمياً.Recognition over the period, not at invoicing. Wrong configuration produces phantom seasonal revenue.
