الميزانيةBudget

لكل مشروع ميزانية معتمدة وبند مسموح. الصرف خارج البند يُنتج مطالبة باسترداد.Each project has an approved budget and permitted lines. Spending outside them produces a refund claim.

المشترياتPurchasing

نفس ضوابط الشركات، وأحياناً أكثر لأن الممول يطلب أدلة. الشراء بلا توثيق يفقد التمويل القادم.The same controls as companies, sometimes more because the funder demands evidence. Undocumented purchasing loses the next funding.

المتطوعونVolunteers

ساعات المتطوعين وأثرها. تسجيلها يُظهر قيمة المساهمة في التقرير.Volunteer hours and their effect. Recording them shows the contribution's value in the report.

التقاريرReporting

لكل ممول: الميزانية، المصروف، المتبقي، والإنجاز. التقرير المتأخر يُؤجل التمويل القادم.Per funder: budget, spent, remaining and completion. A late report delays the next funding.

الشفافيةTransparency

الإفصاح عن مصادر الأموال واستخدامها يبني الثقة. الشفافية أرخص من الدفاع لاحقاً.Disclosing funding sources and use builds trust. Transparency is cheaper than later defence.
