الهيئة أتاحت خدمة التسجيل للجهات التي تقدم حلولاً أو خدمات أو منتجات الأمن السيبراني في المملكة، وتعد متطلباً تنظيمياً. التسجيل يوثّق هوية المزوّد ونشاطه.The Authority provides a registration service for entities offering cybersecurity solutions, services or products in the Kingdom, and it is a regulatory requirement. Registration documents the provider's identity and activity.

الترخيص لخدمات محددةLicensing for specific services

بعض الخدمات تحتاج ترخيصاً بفئات ومستويات، ومنها خدمات مركز عمليات الأمن السيبراني المُدار التي أعلنت الهيئة عن استقبال طلبات ترخيصها على مستويات مختلفة، مع قائمة جهات مرخصة منشورة.Some services require licensing by category and level, including managed cybersecurity operations centre services, for which the Authority announced licensing rounds at different levels, with a published list of licensed entities.

لماذا يهم المشتريWhy the buyer should care

الجهة التي تشتري خدمة أمن سيبراني تتحمل جزءاً من مخاطر المزوّد. التحقق من حالة التسجيل أو الترخيص قبل التعاقد إجراء شراء سليم، لا تشكيك.An entity buying a cybersecurity service carries part of the provider's risk. Verifying registration or licensing status before contracting is sound procurement, not distrust.

Verification takes minutes and protects a major decision.

الالتزامات المصاحبةAccompanying obligations

التسجيل أو الترخيص يرافقه التزامات في الحوكمة والإفصاح والتحديث. المزوّد الذي يهمل التحديث قد يفقد أهليته، والمشتري قد يكتشف ذلك في منتصف المشروع.Registration or licensing carries obligations in governance, disclosure and renewal. A provider that neglects renewal can lose eligibility, and the buyer may discover it mid-project.

ما يعنيه لمن لا يقدّم الخدمةWhat it means if you are not a provider

المنشآت التي تشتري أو تستخدم خدمات الأمن السيبراني ليست مطالبة بهذا التسجيل، لكن عليها الالتزام بضوابطها القطاعية وأطر الهيئة المنطبقة على نشاطها.Entities that buy or use cybersecurity services are not required to hold this registration, but they remain bound by their sector controls and the Authority's frameworks applicable to their activity.
