التغيير الهندسي يجب أن يُنتج نسخة جديدة بتاريخ. التعديل المباشر يُفقد القدرة على تفسير تكلفة سابقة.An engineering change should create a new dated version. Direct editing loses the ability to explain past cost.

التكلفة المعياريةStandard cost

التكلفة المعيارية تُحدَّث دورياً لتقارب الواقع. المعيار القديم يُنتج انحرافات وهمية تُستهلك في تفسيرها.Standard cost is updated periodically to stay close to reality. An old standard produces phantom variances consumed in explanation.

الهدرScrap

نسبة الهدر المعيارية يجب أن تكون مسجّلة. الهدر غير المسجّل يُنتج فرقاً يظهر في الجرد بلا تفسير.The standard scrap rate should be recorded. Unrecorded scrap produces a difference appearing in counting without explanation.

الربط بالمخزونLink to inventory

صرف المواد يجب أن يمر بالقائمة لا بتقدير المشرف. الصرف التقديري يجعل المخزون غير دقيق.Material issue should follow the BOM, not supervisor estimation. Estimated issue makes inventory inaccurate.

راجع القوائم للمنتجات عالية القيمة كل ربع. المنتج الذي يمثل حصة كبيرة من التكلفة يستحق مراجعة أسرع.Review BOMs for high-value products quarterly. A product representing a large cost share deserves faster review.
