المحتوى المحلي يقيس ما يُضاف داخل المملكة: قيمة محلية، عمالة، سلع، خدمات، وأصول. ليس مجرد نسبة شراء من مورد سعودي.Local content measures what is added inside the Kingdom: local value, labour, goods, services and assets. It is not merely the share purchased from a Saudi supplier.

الاحتسابScoring

الدرجة تُبنى على بنود موزونة، وبعض البنود تُحتسب بشهادات أو أدلة محددة. لذلك التقدير الشخصي لا يكفي، والمنهجية الرسمية هي المرجع.The score is built from weighted items, and some require certificates or specific evidence. Personal estimation is therefore insufficient; the official methodology is the reference.

الأدلةEvidence

عقود، فواتير، شهادات منشأ، سجلات رواتب، وشهادات مهنية. كل بند يُحتسب يحتاج مستنداً، والملف غير المكتمل يُنتج درجة أقل.Contracts, invoices, certificates of origin, payroll records and professional certificates. Every counted item needs a document, and an incomplete file yields a lower score.

الأخطاء الشائعةCommon errors

خلط قيمة العقد مع القيمة المحلية، وإغفال قيمة العمالة، وتقديم أدلة بلا مرجع زمني. هذه الثلاثة أكثر ما يُخفّض الدرجات.Confusing contract value with local value, omitting the labour component, and submitting evidence without a time reference. These three most often reduce scores.

الاستعداد المبكرEarly preparation

الأدلة تُجمع أثناء التنفيذ لا بعده. من يؤجل الجمع إلى نهاية المشروع يجد نفسه بلا مستندات.Evidence is collected during execution, not after. Whoever postpones collection to the project's end finds themselves without documents.

الأثر التجاريCommercial effect

الدرجة الأعلى تعني فرصة أفضل في المنافسات وشروطاً أفضل في بعض العقود. لذلك المحتوى المحلي قرار تجاري لا امتثال فقط.A higher score means a better chance in tenders and better terms in some contracts. Local content is therefore a commercial decision, not only compliance.
