تسوية مخالفة أولى بشروط: أن تكون الأولى فعلاً، وأن تُصحَّح الحالة، وأن يكون الطلب في المدة المحددة، وأن تكون الغرامة غير مدفوعة، وأن تبلغ الحد الأدنى.Settling a first violation under conditions: that it truly is the first, the situation is corrected, the request is within the stated period, the fine is unpaid, and it meets the minimum threshold.

الشرط الذي يُنسىThe condition that gets forgotten

التصحيح قبل الطلب. التسوية ليست تخفيضاً مقابل وعد، بل مقابل إصلاح فعلي. من يطلب التسوية قبل تصحيح المخالفة يفقد الأهلية.Correction before the request. Settlement is not a discount for a promise but for actual remediation. Requesting before correcting loses eligibility.

نافذة الطلبThe request window

المدة محددة من تاريخ الإبلاغ بقرار العقوبة. التأجيل بسبب «مراجعة قانونية» أو انتظار الاجتماع القادم يُخرجك من النافذة.The period runs from notification of the penalty decision. Delaying for a legal review or the next meeting takes you outside the window.

أخطاء التعاملHandling errors

دفع الغرامة فوراً، أو تجاهل القرار حتى يصبح متأخراً، أو تكرار المخالفة نفسها بعد التسوية — الأخيرة تُلغي ميزة «الأولى» في أي طلب لاحق.Paying immediately, ignoring the decision until it is overdue, or repeating the same violation after settlement — the last removes the "first" advantage in any later request.

ما بعد التسويةAfter settlement

صحّح الجذر لا المخالفة فقط: إن كان السبب غياب ضابط، فالضابط هو المطلوب. التسوية بلا إصلاح تعني عودة المخالفة بعقوبة كاملة.Fix the root, not only the violation: if the cause is a missing control, the control is what is needed. Settlement without correction means the violation returns at full penalty.

الاستعدادPreparation

احتفظ بسجل مخالفاتك وتواريخها وإجراءاتك التصحيحية. الملف الذي يُظهر أنك تُصحّح باستمرار يقوّي أي طلب. راجع الشروط والنافذة الحالية عبر الوزارة.Keep a log of your violations, dates and corrective actions. A file showing consistent correction strengthens any request. Check current conditions and windows with the Ministry.
