شخص يراجع نتيجة النسخ أسبوعياً ويتابع الفشل. النسخ بلا مراجعة تعمل بالنية لا بالضبط.Someone reviews the backup result weekly and follows up failures. Unreviewed backups run on intention, not control.

الاختبارTesting

اختبار استعادة دوري بنتيجة موثّقة. الاختبار لا يثبت النسخة فقط، بل يثبت أن الفريق يعرف كيف يستعيد.A periodic restore test with a documented result. The test proves not only the copy but that the team knows how to restore.

الفصلSeparation

نسخة معزولة أو غير قابلة للحذف بصلاحية النظام اليومية. النسخة القابلة للتشفير مع الأصل ليست ضماناً.An isolated copy or one not deletable with daily system access. A copy that can be encrypted along with the original is no guarantee.

الاحتفاظRetention

مدد الاحتفاظ مكتوبة ومطبقة فعلاً. الاحتفاظ الأقصر من المطلوب يُنتج مشكلة عند طلب بيانات قديمة.Retention periods written and actually applied. Retaining less than required creates a problem when old data is requested.

الدليلEvidence

احتفظ بالسجلات ونتائج الاختبارات لتقديمها عند الطلب. الأدلة التي تُجمَّع بعد الطلب تبدو مرتّبة لسبب.Keep logs and test results ready for submission. Evidence assembled after the request looks arranged for a reason.
