إعداد الضابط: الشرط، النتيجة، والاستثناءات. ليس «هل يعمل؟» بل «على أي أساس يعمل؟».The control's configuration: condition, outcome and exceptions. Not whether it works, but on what basis it works.

الفعالية العامةGeneral effectiveness

الضابط الآلي يُختبر مرة واحدة لأنه يعمل بنفس الطريقة كل مرة — بشرط عدم تغييره. لذلك يُختبر مع ضابط إدارة التغيير.An automated control is tested once because it behaves identically each time — provided it is unchanged. It is therefore tested alongside change management.

الاستثناءاتExceptions

من يستطيع تجاوز الضابط؟ التجاوز غير المسجّل يُلغي قيمة الضابط بالكامل.Who can override the control? An unlogged override removes the control's entire value.

الاختبار الفعليPractical testing

نفّذ معاملة تجريبية وانظر النتيجة، بدل قراءة الشاشة. الإعداد الظاهر قد لا يطابق السلوك.Run a test transaction and observe the result instead of reading the screen. Visible configuration may not match behaviour.

التوثيقDocumentation

وثّق الإعداد بلقطة شاشة أو مستند إعداد، مع تاريخ. التوثيق يجعل الاختبار قابلاً للتكرار.Document the configuration with a screenshot or configuration document, dated. Documentation makes the test repeatable.

الأثرThe effect

الاعتماد على ضابط آلي غير مختبَر يعني الاعتماد على افتراض. الافتراض قد يكون صحيحاً، لكنه ليس دليلاً.Relying on an untested automated control means relying on an assumption. The assumption may be right, but it is not evidence.
