لا تُرحّل كل شيء. اسأل لكل كيان: هل نحتاج تاريخه كاملاً أم رصيداً افتتاحياً فقط؟ الترحيل الكامل بلا سبب يضاعف الوقت والفجوات.Do not migrate everything. For each entity ask: do we need full history or only an opening balance? Migrating everything without reason doubles time and gaps.

نظّف قبل أن ترحّلCleanse before migrating

تكرار الأصناف، حسابات عملاء غير نشطة، وحدات قياس متعددة لنفس المنتج. التنظيف في النظام القديم أسرع من التصحيح بعد الترحيل.Duplicate items, inactive customer accounts, and multiple units for one product. Cleansing in the old system is faster than correcting after migration.

الأرصدة الافتتاحيةOpening balances

لكل حساب رصيد موثّق بمستند، ولا يُرحَّل رصيد بلا مطابقة. الرصيد غير المطابق يُنتج فجوة تظهر لاحقاً عند أول إقفال.Every account balance needs a documented source and is not migrated without reconciliation. An unreconciled balance creates a gap that appears at the first close.

التوقيت والتحميل التجريبيTiming and trial loads

حمّل البيانات في بيئة الاختبار مرتين على الأقل، وسجّل الأخطاء. التحميل الأول يكشف مشكلات التنسيق، والثاني يكشف مشكلات المنطق.Load data into the test environment at least twice and log errors. The first load reveals format issues, the second reveals logic issues.

المطابقة بعد التحميلPost-load reconciliation

طابق إجماليات النظام القديم والجديد: عدد الأصناف، أرصدة العملاء، المخزون، والأصول. كل فرق يجب أن يُفسَّر لا أن يُعدَّل.Reconcile totals between old and new: item count, customer balances, inventory and assets. Every difference must be explained, not adjusted.
