الوصول الطارئ مطلوب عند فقد صلاحيات المدير أو تعطل نظام الهوية. لذلك وجوده جزء من الاستمرارية لا ثغرة.Emergency access is needed when an administrator's access is lost or the identity system fails. Its existence is part of continuity, not a gap.

التصميمDesign

حساب محدد، محفوظ بشكل مؤمّن، معروف لمن يملكه، ومصمّم للاستخدام مرة واحدة ثم التغيير.A defined account, securely stored, known to its holders, designed for single use followed by rotation.

التفعيلActivation

التفعيل يحتاج سبباً وتسجيلاً وموافقة — ولو بعد التنفيذ في الحالات العاجلة. الفرق بين الاستخدام والتجاوز هو التوثيق.Activation needs a reason, logging and approval — even if after the fact in urgent cases. The difference between use and abuse is documentation.

المراجعةReview

مراجعة فورية بعد كل استخدام، ومراجعة دورية للاستخدامات السابقة. الحساب الذي لا يُراجَع يصبح حساباً عادياً بصلاحية عالية.An immediate review after each use and a periodic review of past uses. An unreviewed account becomes an ordinary account with high privilege.

الاختبارTesting

اختبر المسار مرة سنوياً. الحساب الطارئ الذي لا يعمل عند الحاجة أسوأ من عدم وجوده، لأنه يُنتج ثقة كاذبة.Test the path annually. An emergency account that does not work when needed is worse than none, because it creates false confidence.

التغييرRotation

غيّر بيانات الحساب بعد كل استخدام وعند خروج أي شخص يعرفها. السرّ الذي يعرفه من خرج ليس سراً.Rotate credentials after each use and when anyone who knows them leaves. A secret known by someone who left is not a secret.
