كل خدمة تقدّمها يجب أن يكون لها نشاط مطابق. النشاط العام يُقيّد المنافسات والتراخيص معاً.Every service you offer needs a matching activity. A generic activity restricts both tenders and licences.

العنوانAddress

العنوان الفعلي يجب أن يطابق المسجّل. الاختلاف يُنتج مشكلة في الترخيص البلدي والمراسلات الرسمية.The actual address must match the registered one. A mismatch creates a problem in the municipal licence and official correspondence.

الشركاء والهيكلPartners and structure

تغيير الملكية أو نسب الشركاء يجب أن ينعكس على كل السجلات: السجل، الزكاة، التأمينات، والبنوك.A change in ownership or partner shares must reflect in every record: registration, zakat, insurance and banks.

الفروعBranches

كل فرع يحتاج سجلاً وترخيصاً. الفرع غير المسجّل يُنتج مشكلة عند التفتيش أو عند مطالبة تأمينية.Each branch needs its own registration and licence. An unregistered branch creates a problem at inspection or in an insurance claim.

التوقيتTiming

التحديث يُنفَّذ قبل الحدث لا بعده. تسجيل التغيير بعد التوقيع يُنتج فترة بلا صفة نظامية.The update is executed before the event, not after. Registering a change after signing leaves a period without legal standing.

الربطLinkage

بعد كل تحديث، تحقق من انعكاسه على الجهات الأخرى. السجل المحدَّث مع ترخيص قديم يعني أن التحديث لم يكتمل.After each update, verify its reflection in other authorities. An updated registration with an old licence means the update is incomplete.
