الحساب يعبّر عن طبيعة البند (إيراد، مصروف، أصل)، والبُعد يعبّر عن الجهة أو المشروع أو الفرع. تحويل الأبعاد إلى حسابات يُنتج مئات الحسابات ويجعل المقارنة مستحيلة.An account expresses the nature of the item (revenue, expense, asset), while a dimension expresses the entity, project or branch. Turning dimensions into accounts produces hundreds of accounts and makes comparison impossible.

ابنِ للتقارير لا للطباعةDesign for reports, not for printing

اسأل أولاً: أي تقارير نحتاج؟ لكل سؤال تقرير، ولكل تقرير حقل مطلوب. ثم ابنِ الحسابات لتُنتج تلك التقارير مباشرة بلا جداول موازية.Ask first: which reports do we need? Every question implies a report, and every report implies a required field. Then build accounts that produce those reports directly, without parallel spreadsheets.

احترم متطلبات الإقرارRespect filing requirements

ترقيم منظّم يسهّل البحث والتدقيق. الأهم أن يبقى المنطق ثابتاً: حساب واحد لمعنى واحد، ولا معنى واحد لحسابين.An ordered numbering scheme eases search and audit. What matters most is a stable logic: one account for one meaning, and never two accounts for the same meaning.

خطة التوسعPlan for growth

اترك مجالاً للتوسع في الترقيم للكيانات والفروع والأنشطة الجديدة. الدليل الذي لا يتوقع نمواً سيُعاد بناؤه عند أول توسع.Leave numbering room for new entities, branches and activities. A chart that does not anticipate growth will be rebuilt at the first expansion.

التنفيذ والاختبارImplementation and testing

قبل التشغيل، اختبر إنتاج أهم عشرة تقارير من الدليل الجديد. إن لم تُنتج بسهولة، فالمشكلة في التصميم لا في المستخدم.Before go-live, test producing the ten most important reports from the new chart. If they cannot be produced easily, the problem is the design, not the user.
