لكل تسوية: الأساس، الأثر على القوائم، والمستند. التسوية المبنية على تقدير تُقيَّم بحذر أكثر من المبنية على مستند.For each adjustment: the basis, the effect on statements and the document. An adjustment based on estimate is assessed more cautiously than one based on a document.

القبول والرفضAccept or decline

القبول ليس ضعفاً والرفض ليس قوة. المعيار هو صحة المعالجة، والقرار يُوثَّق مع سببه.Accepting is not weakness and declining is not strength. The test is the correctness of the treatment, and the decision is documented with its reason.

التصنيفClassification

بعض التسويات تخص السنة الحالية، وبعضها تصحيح خطأ سابق. الخلط بينهما يُنتج أثراً في فترة خاطئة.Some adjustments concern the current year and others correct a prior error. Confusing them puts the effect in the wrong period.

منع التكرارPreventing recurrence

إن كانت التسوية سببها إعداد نظام أو سياسة غائبة، فالإصلاح هناك. التسوية التي تتكرر سنوياً تعني أن السبب لم يُعالج.If the adjustment is caused by system configuration or a missing policy, the fix is there. An adjustment recurring annually means the cause was not treated.

التواصلCommunication

ناقش التسوية مع المدقق قبل التسليم النهائي. النقاش المبكر يوفّر تعديلات لاحقة على القوائم.Discuss the adjustment with the auditor before final submission. Early discussion saves later amendments to the statements.

السجلThe register

احتفظ بسجل تسويات لثلاث سنوات. الأنماط فيه تكشف مشكلة في إعداد أو في فهم، وكلاهما يُصلح.Keep a three-year register of adjustments. Patterns reveal a problem in configuration or in understanding, and both are fixable.
